Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking energetic, reliable individuals who are organized, coachable, and confident working with people. Ideal candidates are great communicators, handle fast-paced environments well, enjoy working with kids, and are interested in growing long-term within our gym.

Experience leading or assisting with children’s classes or groups is a plus, but not required.

Training & Growth

Many of our roles are entry-level, and prior experience isn’t necessary. We provide structured training and ongoing support to help you succeed, especially if you’re passionate about teaching and making an impact.

Open Positions

Tumbling/Gymnastics Coach

Must have experience working with various ages and abilities. Experience with coaching tumbling or gymnastics not necessary but must be passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their life.

Front Desk Staff

Must love interacting with parents, children and other staff members, be comfortable speaking on the phone, have good writing skills and be eager to learn. A great front desk member would have excellent customer service skills and be detail-oriented.

Cheerleading Coach

All cheerleading coaches will work recreational tumbling classes for a minimum of one year prior to training on cheerleading stunts and routine choreography. Those who love working with children and share a passion for cheerleading are encouraged to apply for this position as long as they’re aware of the prerequisite training involved.
