Tiny Tumblers

(Ages 3-5)
Our Tiny Tumblers class helps children develop essential physical foundations like hand-eye coordination, strength, and flexibility through high-energy activities. Students will explore beginning tumbling skills such as cartwheels and round-offs while building their confidence on and off the trampolines. It is the perfect environment for little ones to burn off energy while improving their overall conditioning and motor skills in a fun, supportive setting.

Beginner

Our Beginner tumbling class is designed for athletes who have mastered basic movements and are ready to focus on precision and control. In this class, students work on foundational skills like front and back walkovers, switch-leg walkovers, and the valdez. The curriculum emphasizes the technical mastery required by the United States All Star Federation, ensuring that every movement is performed with the strength and form necessary to safely progress to more advanced tumbling sequences.

Novice

Our Novice tumbling class focuses on introducing the primary skills that serve as the building blocks for all future gymnastics and cheer progress. Students will work on mastering technical elements like forward and backward rolls, handstand holds, and cartwheels. The curriculum also covers essential power movements such as round-offs and bridge kick-overs, ensuring athletes develop the proper form and confidence needed to advance through the USASF level classifications.

Intermediate

Our Intermediate tumbling class is where athletes transition into more dynamic, powerful skills. In this class, students focus on mastering the back handspring and connecting it to round-offs and series. The curriculum also introduces front-facing power movements like front handsprings, bounders, and front punches. Training emphasizes the technical precision and body control necessary for athletes to safely execute these high-impact sequences with consistent form.

Excel

Our Excel tumbling class is designed for advanced athletes who are ready to master high-level flight and rotation. Students focus on elite skills including round-off back handspring tucks, standing series to tucks, and front handspring front punches. The curriculum also covers specialized movements like onodis, whip tucks, and aerial variations. This class challenges athletes to refine their air awareness and explosive power, ensuring they have the technical foundation to execute complex specialty passes with superior form and control.

Advance

Our Advanced tumbling class is designed for high-performance athletes focused on mastering elite twisting and flipping combinations. This class guides students through the technical complexities of round-off back handspring layouts and Arabians, as well as layout halves and fulls. Athletes will work toward advanced milestones such as double fulls and specialty passes, emphasizing the extreme body control and explosive power needed to execute these top-tier skills with precision and safety.

Adult Tumbling

Our Adult tumbling class is designed for individuals of all skill levels who want to improve their fitness, agility, and athleticism in a fun and unconventional way. Whether you are looking to reclaim former gymnastics skills or are trying to land a back handspring for the first time, this program provides a supportive environment tailored specifically for adults. Participants work on building core strength, flexibility, and coordination while mastering movements on professional-grade equipment. Jumps & Technique

Our Jumps & Technique class is specifically designed for athletes looking to improve their explosive power and airborne precision. This class focuses on the mechanics of proper jump execution, including height, body placement, and sharp motions. Students will work through various drills to enhance their flexibility and core strength, ensuring they can perform multiple jump sequences with consistent form and stability. It is an excellent supplement for anyone looking to refine their technical skills and add more visual impact to their performance.

Strength & Conditioning

Our Strength & Conditioning class is designed to build the physical powerhouse every athlete needs for peak performance. This session focuses on developing core stability, explosive leg power, and upper body strength through targeted exercises and high-intensity drills. By improving overall conditioning and muscle endurance, students will increase their stamina and reduce the risk of injury, ensuring they have the athletic foundation to execute their skills with more ease and control.

Flex Class

Our Flex class is designed to unlock an athlete’s full potential by improving range of motion, balance, and body control. This focused training session utilizes both dynamic and static stretching techniques to help participants achieve higher jumps, stronger stunts, and more fluid tumbling passes. Beyond physical reach, the program emphasizes core strength and injury prevention through safe, effective mobility work. It is an excellent addition for any student looking to gain a competitive edge, refine their technique, and build the physical confidence that comes with peak muscle control and body awareness.

Jump Class

Our Jump class is a high-energy training session designed to help athletes take their skills to new heights through a focus on technique, strength, and explosive power. This class targets the mechanics behind impressive jumps, emphasizing proper body positioning and core conditioning to increase height and precision. Students will work on mastering toe touches, pikes, and hurdlers, as well as developing the timing and synchronization necessary for seamless combinations.
